start week 3

so it is Tuesday, CYES's Monday, and things are off to another great start......my ESes arrived on time and quickly realized that we were not alone.......as in not alone we had a special group come and visit our site...the group's name is Green Lining. they came by to better understand our program and how we run on a daily basis......this gave my ESes a chance to teach and educate others....they did a good job....i walked around and observed the ESes in their individual groups and i was impressed by their knowledge and how easy it was for them to explain to a new group of people how to perform a green house call.....heather, our CYES program director, also attended and was very pleased. so happy to say that i am not the only one who agrees with my ESes capability ........ and of course the richmond site managers agree with me too......but unfortunately i must log off and clock out so till next time......your Richmond site LIFT Tiff, smiles hugs and laughter

week 2 ending

so everybody week 2 has ended and as i predicted things are great. my energy specialists are doing well. they have gotten into the mode of performing great, efficient, free green house calls and our clients are pleased. of course my ESes are not perfect, for nobody is, but they are what i feel to be giving their absolute best at all times even at the end of the week. they are still going strong and putting forth effort where it counts. we had a few issues with inventory that was quickly taken care of.....my ESes were so excited they had a few mishaps with properly filling out the green house call forms but once brought to their attention they corrected the mistakes and all was great so we are completely good over here. well the weekend calls and ill be updating at the start of the week........till then, your Richmond LIFT Tiff

Up and running

So this is the second week of CYES for our TRAINED Energy Specialists (ES) and things are moving along great. Last week we continued and finished our training period for the ES's and I am so pleased to say that my ES's are more than ready and prepared to begin the actual Green House Calls (GHCs)......they did so wonderful in there hands on training and practice GHCs. I was so proud......the knowledge that my ES's showed me has me more than confident in their abilities. They were so eager to go out into the community and help people go green and educate them on what they can do to reduce their carbon foot print. From week one (training week), ES's already had referrals and were ready to set up their free GHCs. This effort put forth by my ES's did not dwindle the following week and I do not see it dwindling anytime soon.......So GREAT we are ready for a lil healthy competition.......and the competition is just a lil game we play between all the sites to see who can service the most homes....so Richmond lets go!...........check out the next blog to get more details bout week 2!
